COMMUNITY

BlackRaven is built by and for its community. No corporate structure. No central leadership. Just builders, miners, and believers in permissionless infrastructure.

Not for founders. Not for VCs. Not for insiders. Mine it. Build on it. Use it. Fork it.

HOW TO CONTRIBUTE

Mine the Chain
Point your GPU at the network. Every hash you contribute secures the chain and earns you BLKR. The most fundamental contribution you can make.
Run a Node
Full nodes are the backbone of the network. Running one helps validate the chain, relay transactions, and keeps decentralization intact.
Write Code
The codebase is open-source. Bug fixes, new features, wallet improvements, and tooling are all welcome. Open a pull request on GitHub.
Build on BLKR
Issue an asset. Build a dApp. Create a marketplace. Write an integration. The chain is a platform — use it to build what you need.
Spread the Word
Tell other miners. Share the whitepaper. Explain fair launch. The network grows through word-of-mouth from people who believe in it.
Run a Pool
Set up a public mining pool for the community. More pools means more decentralization. Pool operators are a critical piece of the ecosystem.

COMMUNITY PRINCIPLES

01
No Gatekeeping

Everyone is welcome. No KYC, no signup, no approval. If you have a GPU and a wallet, you can participate from minute one.

02
Transparency First

All code is public. All chain data is public. All decisions that affect the protocol are discussed openly with the community.

03
Constructive Dissent

Disagreement is healthy. Criticism is welcome. We improve through honest feedback, not echo chambers.

04
Miners First

The miners secure the network. Their interests — in fair rewards, accessible hardware, and a healthy chain — come before all other stakeholders.

05
Build, Don't Speculate

The goal is a working, useful blockchain — not a price chart. We measure success by adoption and utility, not market cap.
